An urgent police appeal has been launched to find a young mum missing with her three-year-old son.
Holly Groundwell, 26, was reported on missing Tuesday afternoon after she and her little boy were last seen leaving their home in Leeds, West Yorks., with suitcases on Monday.
Police said recent enquiries suggest she may have travelled 220 miles away to Shepton Mallet in Somerset.
But they have now launched an urgent appeal to find them and make sure they are OK.
Holly is described as white, 5ft 6in tall, and has tattoos on her arms.
Detective Inspector Vicky Alexander, of West Yorkshire Police, said: “We are concerned for the welfare of Holly and her son and urgently need to find them and check that they are OK.
“While we have some information suggesting she may have been in Shepton Mallet yesterday we would still like to hear from anyone who has seen her and her son anywhere else at any point since Monday.”
A tweet from the force today says: “Have you seen Holly Groundwell? Missing from Leeds with her son aged 3, and may have been in Shepton Mallet, Somerset, yesterday.
